Record requests are processed in the order they are received and are not available immediately upon request.

Higher-demand periods and large requests, including digital records, will require more time to complete. Some requests are required to be submitted in person at the Sheriff’s Office, and you will be notified by phone or email if you need to be present to submit the request.

Fees will be calculated according to this fee schedule and are calculated when the request is processed. Large records request may require payment prior to being fulfilled.
