Records Request Portal

Welcome to the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office online records and payment portal. This service makes it easy and secure for you to request records online by using a credit card, debit card, or electronic check.

If you are requesting records in a formal capacity for a government entity or law enforcement agency, please reach out to our Records Unit at 720-874-3875 for instructions on how to submit. We do NOT accept requests via e-mail unless for a law enforcement entity.

Note: In addition to the cost of the records, online payments incur an additional fee to cover the cost of the service. This fee is not charged by the county.
Electronic Checks - $1.50
Credit/Debit Cards – 2.45% of the transaction fee with a minimum of $2.00.

Record requests are processed in the order they are received and are not available immediately upon request.

Higher-demand periods and large requests, including digital records, will require more time to complete. Some requests are required to be submitted in person at the Sheriff’s Office, and you will be notified by phone or email if you need to be present to submit the request.

Fees will be calculated according to this fee schedule and are calculated when the request is processed. Large records request may require payment prior to being fulfilled.
